Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Westgate Health Co-operative Ltd
(the Co-operative) will be held on Thursday, 23rd November 2023 commencing at 6.30pm at the
Newport Community Hub – 13 Mason St, Newport.

* Parking at the rear of the complex entering from Derwent Street

Nominations for the Board

There are currently 2 vacant positions on the Board and one retiring Director.

The Board is seeking nominations from potential directors to enhance the diversity of the board and to compliment the skills and experience of current directors.

From humble beginnings in 1980, we are continuing to face the many challenges in this very complex area that is primary health care whilst aligning with our founding ethos:

We are looking for members who share our community passion and want to positively contribute to WHC by driving our strategy to pave a strong and sustainable future for our Co-Op.  Together we will foster a dynamic and inclusive board and organisational culture in which we each contribute our skills and experience to create a collective impact. To proceed, we request a completed Nomination for Board of Directors to be received no later than November 2^nd 2023 and will then arrange a time to meet with the Governance Sub-Committee on behalf of the Board.
