We are pleased to share further details and the agenda for the 2021 Annual General Meeting, to be held Thursday, October 28th 2021 at 6.30pm via Zoom due to COVID restrictions.

While multiple people from one membership may watch the Zoom AGM from their household, only one person per membership can register to attend and must have a current (paid) membership for voting purposes. Please note the Zoom link will be sent to members who are registered to attend, closer to the event. Please register at your earliest convenience.
Thankyou for taking the time to review the amended Constitution. Please note that no feedback was received during the member consultation period. The content remains unchanged from the draft that was circulated but with updated branding as per the link below.

As per the advice of our Returning Officer, Ken Dyer on 8.10.21, Director voting will not be required at the AGM:
