Applying for membership

With four (4) levels of membership, becoming a Westgate Health member is an easy and cost-effective decision.  By joining the co-operative as a member annually you can access:

• discounted fees for medical consultations
• Priority Appointment bookings before non-members
• be involved in your local community health organisation;

To update your membership, you can do this online, calling the clinic on 9391 2222 or filling in the membership form and bringing into reception.

To apply for membership, please complete the Membership Form and bring it into our clinic to be processed. For more information, please contact our reception team on 03 9391 2222.

Membership is renewable annually on the 1st of July each year.

If you are not a current member, you will be required to pay for your consultation on the day of your visit. Please ask our reception staff when booking your appointment regarding the fees or click on the link below.
