Our nurses are qualified registered or enrolled nurses who deliver primary health care in a general practice setting. They deliver services in:

  • Triage and patient assessment
  • Chronic Disease Management 

  • Health Assessments

  • Health Promotion 

  • Procedural assistance 

  • Wound Care

  • Recall & reminder management 

  • Education 

  • Emergency Triage 

  • Removal of Cerumen (Ear Syringing)

  • Immunisations

Immunisation

Immunisation is a simple, safe and effective way of protecting people against harmful diseases before they come into contact with them in the community. Immunisation not only protects individuals, but also others in the community by reducing the spread of disease.



Seasonal Influenza Vaccination

Influenza vaccination eligibility 

  • All children aged six months to less than five years - Victorian government funded
  • All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged from six months
  • All adults aged ≥65 years
  • All people aged ≥six months who have certain medical conditions which increase the risk of influenza disease complications; for example, severe asthma, lung or heart disease, low immunity or diabetes
  • Pregnant women (during any stage of pregnancy).
