Annual General Meeting 2020

COVID safe plan will be in place for this event 

• Limited places available to ensure social distancing, only those registered will be granted access
  
• Only 1 person (where possible) per membership to attend
• Face masks worn by all attendees (please bring a mask)
• Hand sanitation station at entry
• Separate entry & exit doors to the venue
• Social distancing to be maintained throughout meeting where possible, with spacing marked
• QR code check-in upon arrival for all guests
• We politely request anyone who is unwell (with any symptoms) to not attend
