Applying for membership

With four (4) levels of membership, becoming a Westgate Health member is an easy and cost-effective decision.  By joining the co-operative as a member annually you can access:

• discounted fees for medical consultations
• discounts on dental services;
• be involved in your local community health organisation;

To apply for membership, please complete the membership form and bring it into one our clinic to be processed. For more information, please contact our reception teams.

Membership is renewable annually on the 1st of July each year.

If you are not a current member, you will be required to pay for your consultation on the day of your visit. Please ask our reception staff when booking your appointment regarding the fees or click on the link below.
